Pioneer in ethical lobbying: Code of Conduct and memberships
We are pioneers in all questions related to transparency and ethics in lobbying. As initiator and founding member of the German Association of Political Consultants (de’ge’pol), we have established reliable quality standards and a professional Code of Conduct in the field of political consulting and we are constantly developing them. We have introduced a binding Code of Conduct for all our employees, becoming the first company to do so in our profession. As a member of the European Public Affairs Consultancies’ Association (EPACA), we also work on ethical questions in the European context and cooperate with EU institutions in this field.
Data protection
Trustworthy and secure handling of information and data is of utmost importance for Miller & Meier Consulting. Therefore, we have our own data protection officer who reviews and monitors compliance with the data protection rules in the company and continues to improve our data protection and data security concept to ensure a high-quality data protection within the company. All our employees are regularly trained in data protection and are obliged to comply with the data protection laws and confidentiality.
Legal compliance
Miller & Meier Consulting regards compliance as a process. Therefore, we work together with lawyers and other experts in order to further develop the area of compliance in accordance with the current requirements. Legal regulations and standards are always taken into account, regarding both our clients and third-party actors.
