Sabrina verantwortet zusammen mit Florian das Office Management. Zu ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen die Koordination des operativen Tagesgeschäftes sowie die Unterstützung des Leadershipteams. Sie ist unsere gut gelaunte Feel Good Managerin, rekrutiert und betreut unsere Praktikant:innen und übernimmt zusammen mit Julia weitere HR Aufgaben. Bevor Sabrina im Januar 2021 zu Miller & Meier Consulting kam, hat sie europaweit in der Hotellerie und im Eventmanagement gearbeitet. Zuletzt verantwortete sie den Incentive- und Meetingbereich in einem Clubhotel in Portugal. In Ihrer Freizeit kocht Sabrina leidenschaftlich gern Currys oder liegt am Strand und liest ein gutes Buch.

Florian verantwortet zusammen mit Sabrina das Office Management. Zu seinen Hauptaufgaben zählen die Koordination des operativen Tagesgeschäftes sowie die Unterstützung des Leadershipteams. Florians Spezialgebiet sind die IT-Anfragen der Mitarbeiter:innen. Hierbei koordiniert er nicht nur unsere externen IT-Dienstleister, sondern steht auch jederzeit gern mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bevor Florian im August 2021 zu Miller & Meier Consulting kam, hat er in unterschiedlichsten Positionen in der gehobenen Hotellerie & Gastronomie gearbeitet, zuletzt in der Funktion als stellvertretender Hoteldirektor. Trifft man Florian nicht im Büro an, erkundet er wahrscheinlich gerade mit seinem Backpack den asiatischen Kontinent oder schlägt die Bälle beim Badminton über das Netz.

Dominik Meier ist Inhaber und Geschäftsführer von Miller & Meier Consulting, der 1997 mit Constanze Miller gegründeten Beratung für Strategie und Lobbying. Seit Gründung der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Politikberatung e.V. (de’ge’pol) im Jahr 2002 ist Dominik Meier deren Vorsitzender. Schwerpunkte seiner Arbeit sind strategische Positionierungsberatung und Lobbying Leadership™ sowie Fragen der Ethik, Transparenz und Qualitätssicherung. Zu diesen Themenfeldern hält er regelmäßig Vorträge und veröffentlicht Fachbeiträge. Dominik Meier ist Mitglied im Beirat von Transparency International Deutschland e.V., im Beirat des Travel Industry Clubs e.V., im Beirat der Deutschen Universität für Weiterbildung und in der Redaktion des Online-Journals „Political Science Applied“. Er studierte Soziologie, Geschichte und Theologie in Freiburg und Paris.

Dr. Christian Blum ist als Referent der Geschäftsführung und Netzwerkkoordinator bei Miller & Meier Consulting für die Koordination der Auslandsbüros sowie die Organisation des internationalen Partnernetzwerks verantwortlich. Darüber hinaus berät er die Geschäftsführung in Fragen der politischen Ethik und trägt die redaktionelle Verantwortung für Newsletter und Social-Media-Kanäle. Dr. Christian Blum hat in Köln und Boston Philosophie, Politikwissenschaften und Islamwissenschaften studiert und anschließend in der Philosophie zum Gemeinwohl promoviert. Seine Forschungen wurden in zahlreichen Fachjournalen sowie in einem prämierten Buch veröffentlicht. Parallel arbeitete er in Wissenschaftsprojekten in Deutschland, den USA und der Schweiz und war als freier Journalist tätig.

Constanze Miller与Dominik Meier于1997年共同创建了米勒迈耶咨询公司。作为常任理事，她负责金融、人事、企业发展和质量管理领域的相关事务。她同时是德国社会政治咨询协会和布鲁塞尔的欧洲事务咨询集团的联合创建人。在创立米勒迈耶咨询公司前，Constanze Miller在欧盟资金、发展合作和移民领域扮演十分活跃的角色。她曾在德国帕绍学习语言、经济和文化研究。

Patrick Spengler负责管理米勒迈耶咨询公司的技术和数字媒体事务。他曾为若干中型企业和国际企业提供数据保护、数据安全和版权方面的管理服务。Patrick的主要活动领域包括政策咨询、企业定位、政治协商、分析和情报，并从2010年起就职于米勒迈耶咨询公司。此前，Patrick 在某大型汽车企业的各大办事处供职，负责传媒和咨询方面的工作。他曾在德国莱比锡城和芬兰的于韦斯屈莱学习通信、传媒和政治学。

Stefan Unger曾就职于若干健康和医疗技术领域的国际企业、中型企业和协会。Stefan的咨询活动主要包括政策和定位、联盟构建、政治协商和政治知道。Stefan在2012年加入米勒迈耶咨询公司。此前，他就职于德国联邦议院的议员办公室，并且曾针对特殊研究领域“独立国家地位有限的地区管理”开展研究学习。Stefan曾在柏林和黎巴嫩的贝鲁特学习政治学和国际关系，并就有关直接民主参与过程的问题发表文章。

Sören Haar is Managing Partner of the European Affairs Consulting Group (eacon), Director and Lecturer at the European Institute for Public Affairs and Lobbying (EIPAL). Sören Haar’s main focus lies on the European agenda settings, European advocacy strategies, the organization of parliamentary interest groups, the creation of multi-stakeholder advocacy platforms and contacts to high level EU decision-makers. He studied law, political science and economic history in Göttingen, Berlin and Aix-en-Provence.

Tilman Rüsch is heading the Unit Platform Economy & Business-to-Business in the Digital Economy and Consumer Services Division. In this capacity, he advises globally operating companies on their political communication. He covers the full range of digital policy topics and other areas such as sustainable digitization and future mobility. His focus is on strategy development, political analysis and intelligence, tailored stakeholder communication, and political positioning. Before, Tilman gathered professional experience working for a political foundation in Montevideo (Uruguay) and in a digital policy research project. He studied sociology, history, and political science with a focus on the digital transformation in Göttingen (Germany), Bergen (Norway), and Berkeley (USA).

Colin Stackhouse is strategic advisor of Miller & Meier Consulting in Washington D.C. He is an Entrepreneurial Government Affairs professional with extensive domestic and international business and policy experience. He also worked for a large German company. His strengths include a strategic focus on driving business value, building productive relationships across party lines, and establishing a strong brand presence among government officials and industry players. He studied economics in Boulders, Colorado.

Inga Karten manages the fields of infrastructure & mobility at Miller & Meier Consulting. She advises international corporations on transportation and infrastructure policies such as planning and approval of large-scale projects. Herprimary fields of activity are in strategy consulting, corporate positioning, stakeholder communication, PR, political analysis as well as transatlantic relations. She has been working at Miller & Meier Consulting since 2008. During this time Inga Karten worked among others as German spokesperson for the billion Euro project of the Fehmarnbelt tunnel between Denmark and Germany. Between 2013 and 2017 she founded and headed the U.S. office of Miller & Meier Consulting in Washington D.C.. Before her time with Miller & Meier she worked as political consultant in Brussels. Inga Karten studied political science, German language and literature as well as media science in Cologne and Melbourne.

Sarah Plonka is leading the Hardware & Business-to-Cosumers unit in the Digital Economy and Consumer Services division. She advises international companies and national medium-sized businesses on political issues relating to competition policy, sustainable digitization and media and youth protection regulation. Her main areas of expertise include strategy development and positioning, political analyses, coordination of multi-stakeholder initiatives and stakeholder communication. Before joining Miller & Meier Consulting, Sarah gained professional experience in a communications consultancy in Paris and in political representations in Brussels. She studied German French political science with a focus on sociology and advocacy in Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (Germany, Rennes and Paris (France).

Lawyer Carsten J. Diercks is a Senior Legal Advisor at Miller & Meier Consulting. His work as an advisor helps to deepen the legal dimension of our approach to consulting in all areas. He has been an independent lawyer since 1998, concentrating especially on legal and strategic consulting for associations. Carsten J. Diercks holds a degree in law with a focus on European law as well as constitutional, social and economic history in Bonn.

Giny Winter is our office manager. In this function, she coordinates the day-to-day operations and supports the management with their administrative tasks. Giny brings many years of experience in the upscale hotel industry and other service sectors into the company and has, among other things, a degree as a state-registered administrative hotel manager and is approved to take the test for training authorization.
