Consulting Services

Customized and flexible solutions

As part of our approach to consulting in keeping with the philosophy of Lobbying Leadership™, we offer our clients an integrated service portfolio tailored to their particular concerns and circumstances. The basis of our work is always the political positioning strategy we form together with our clients. We continuously fine-tune this strategy so that we can deliver the most appropriate services in a flexible and fluid manner.

Our goal is to empower our clients and give them the tools they need to introduce and implement their interests in the political sphere in the most effective and long-term manner possible. We encourage our clients to see lobbying as a form of managerial responsibility so as to strengthen their credibility as contact partners for political decision makers. In workshops and one-on-one sessions, we sharpen our clients’ understanding of complex political processes and enable them to become increasingly adept at recognizing potential new opportunities for action. We also reveal the talking points that are essential for persuasive argumentation in both the internal and external spheres.

We provide our clients with support during those internal transformation processes that are necessary for successful positioning in the political sphere. For example, we use Poly SWOT analyses to determine our client’s current positioning status in the political arena and to develop the most appropriate lobbying strategies. Another important aspect is the organizational harmonization of all business areas involved to ensure a coordinated handling of relevant stakeholders and, in the long-term, an effective and efficient implementation of planned activities.

We closely monitor the strategy developed together with our clients. We also continuously evaluate our joint activities and integrate the results of these evaluations into our further strategy development. The everyday tasks of project management include a broad range of measures ranging from regular client meetings and telephone conferences to strategy workshops and the setting-up of strategic network coordination points.

Our tailored monitoring reports condense political, legislative and social developments so that we can generate courses of action in reports and background papers. Our intelligence services also include the development of a comprehensive analysis of the operative arena that reflects the complex power relations among the most important actors in a certain political issue field. We accompany our clients throughout legislative processes and create brief assessments on legal issues and risk analyses. We also offer expertise in generating early-warning systems relating to the development of decision-making processes and legislation.

We draw up our clients’ position in an understandable way and help to make tailored messages visible to the appropriate addressees. In doing so, we combine client-specific requirements with our view of the target group of the messages. We also use online and offline communication channels and, if requested, draft argumentation papers or brochures.

Alliances make it possible for clients to broaden the reach of a particular issue while also achieving a higher level of credibility. Whether it is an ad hoc or strategic alliance, we will find suitable partners, help our clients to establish contact to these individuals, accompany them in the positioning in the political field, offer assistance in legal formulations in the generation of formal structures and facilitate the steering of the alliance.

In addition to involving appropriate political decision makers, we also incorporate additional stakeholders into our work with our clients. By engaging in an ongoing discourse with stakeholders via established communication structures and ad hoc joint workshops, we also make it possible to consider political issues from different angles.

In the lead-up to discussions with political decision makers and potential partners, we help our clients identify the most appropriate addressees, establish contact with these individuals, organize appointments, guide the necessary preliminary discussions and accompany the talks themselves. These discussions might take place in one-on-one sessions or in the context of different event formats, for example, as part of podium discussions or parliamentary rounds.
