Stefan is Partner and Chief Operations Officer at Miller & Meier Consulting. Since joining the company in 2012, Stefan has been advising international and medium-sized companies, associations and other institutions in the areas of healthcare policy, medical technology and care.
Strategy development, positioning consulting and the facilitation of strategy and change processes are his main focus. Internally, Stefan is responsible for the further development of MMC’s consulting services – analog and digital.
Previously, Stefan worked in the office of a member of the German parliament and in the special research area “Governance in Areas of Limited Statehood”. He studied political science and international relations in Berlin and Beirut and published on direct democratic participation processes.
